Why is the assessment mandatory?
Tavenzo is an organisational intelligence system, not a plug-and-play chatbot. The assessment ensures your governance, knowledge risks, and adoption roadmap are established before your team goes live.
What happens if we exceed our user limit?
We notify you when you are approaching your tier limit and give you 30 days to upgrade. Your team keeps working without interruption.
How does AI governance work across African jurisdictions?
Tavenzo is jurisdiction-aware. Governance controls align with Ghana DPA, Nigeria NDPA, South Africa POPIA, Kenya DPA, GDPR, and emerging regional frameworks — automatically based on your organisation's country.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts on monthly plans. Annual plans are charged upfront but you can cancel before renewal. Your data remains available for export for 90 days after cancellation.
