1. What Data We Collect
When you use Tavenzo, we may collect:
- Account information: name, email address, role, and department
- Organisational strategy data: mission, vision, business model canvas entries
- Goals, departmental objectives, actor actions, and progress reports
- Mirror Session scores, gap analysis, and related strategic metadata
- Usage analytics such as login activity and feature interactions
2. How We Use Data
We use your data to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Tavenzo platform
- Generate AI-powered strategic insights and coaching responses
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access within your organisation
- Communicate service-related notices and invitation emails
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Data is stored using Supabase infrastructure hosted in the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted through authentication, row-level security, and role-based permissions.
4. User Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data, subject to organisational and legal retention requirements

5. AI Processing
Tavenzo uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate strategic insights, cascade goals, role benchmarks, and Mirror Agent coaching responses. Your organisation's business context may be sent to Claude for processing during these features.
Personal data is not used to train third-party AI models. Prompts are processed to deliver in-session results only, in accordance with our AI provider's data handling policies.
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Tavenzo (e.g. hosting, email delivery, AI inference) under contractual confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
7. Retention
We retain data for as long as your organisation maintains an active account or as needed to comply with legal obligations. Upon account deletion, data is removed or anonymised within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
