Why Tavenzo exists

Patrick Dasoberi spent 27 years inside African organisations as the technology leader trying to make strategy work. As CTO of CarePoint — one of Africa's largest private healthcare networks — he managed technology across 2,000 staff and 65 facilities in four countries.

He watched the strategy execution gap cost organisations dearly, year after year. He looked for a platform built for Africa. It did not exist.
