Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tavenzo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users invited to an organisation on Tavenzo, including organisation administrators, department heads, and actors.

2. Description of Service

Tavenzo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) strategy execution platform that helps organisations align mission, goals, departmental objectives, and individual actions. The Service includes The Strategic Mirror™, business model analysis, goal cascading, progress reporting, and AI-assisted coaching features.

Access is provided by invitation from your organisation. You may not use the Service without a valid invitation and account.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when accepting an invitation and keep your profile information up to date.

You must notify your organisation administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Organisational Data

Data you enter into Tavenzo in connection with your organisation's use of the Service (including strategy, goals, departmental data, and progress reports) belongs to your organisation. Tavenzo processes this data on behalf of your organisation to provide the Service but does not claim ownership of your organisation's business content.

Organisation administrators control user access, invitations, and data within their tenant.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to manipulate scores, points, or progress data dishonestly
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Access another user's account or data without authorisation

6. Intellectual Property

The Tavenzo platform, including The Strategic Mirror™, user interface, software, documentation, and branding, is the proprietary intellectual property of Patrick Dasoberi Enterprise and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your organisation's internal business purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent from Patrick Dasoberi Enterprise.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Personal and organisational data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Tavenzo processes personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of the Republic of Ghana.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tavenzo does not guarantee that AI-generated insights, scores, or recommendations will achieve specific business outcomes. You are solely responsible for business decisions made using information from the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavenzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Your organisation administrator may remove or suspend your access at any time. Tavenzo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
